At present, Japan Post has suspended acceptance of parcels bound for the United States, which means our Standard Delivery option is currently unavailable.
For the time being, shipments to the U.S. must be handled by private couriers such as FedEx or DHL, so only the Express Delivery option is available at checkout.
About Customs Duties
As of August 29, 2025, the de minimis rule in the U.S. has been abolished.
Previously, purchases under USD 800 were duty-free, but from now on, all shipments will be subject to customs duties regardless of value.
To avoid unexpected charges upon delivery, we have adjusted our product prices to include estimated customs duties. This means you will not need to pay any additional fees when receiving your order.
What is the De Minimis Rule?
The de minimis rule is a system that allows imports under a certain value to be exempt from customs duties.
For many years, the U.S. allowed imports under USD 800 to enter duty-free. However, with the recent policy change, all imports—regardless of value—will now incur duties and processing fees.
Notes for Our Customers
-
Currently, shipments to the U.S. are available via Express Delivery only.
-
Express Delivery costs more than Standard Delivery, but it is faster, with an estimated delivery time of around 2-4 business days.
-
Customs duties are already included in our product prices, so there will be no additional charges upon delivery.
We will provide an update once Standard Delivery becomes available again.
