Additional Charges (Other Than Product Price)

  • Shipping: Shipping details are provided on our Shipping Information page.
  • Bank Transfer Fee: Varies by financial institution.

Payment Methods and Timing

  • Credit Card: Charged at the time your credit card company bills you.
  • Google Pay / Apple Pay / Amazon Pay / PayPal: Charged at the time the credit card company registered with your account bills you.
  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is made upon receipt of the product.
  • Bank Transfer: Payment is to be made after order completion.
  • Deferred Payment (Paidy): For convenience store payments and bank transfers, payment is due by the 10th of the following month. For account transfers, the amount will be withdrawn on the 12th.

Shipping Time

As a general rule, orders are shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is placed.

Delivery Method

Products are delivered to the customer’s designated address via a delivery carrier.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance by email or telephone.
Cancellations for customer convenience (for example, the product does not match the image, or the size is not suitable) are not accepted.
In principle, returns are accepted only for defective products.
