Collectors’ Collection
“Collectors’ Collection” is a flagship line lovingly crafted and proudly presented by Nippon Kodo. These exquisite products make copious use of precious aromatic wood with unwanted parts removed. They are carefully crafted using traditional compounding techniques passed down through the centuries by Nippon Kodo, together with the latest manufacturing technology, and, after curing for a fixed period, are then finished by hand. Only limited numbers are produced every year, because they are manufactured exclusively in winter, said to be the best season, and are made from rare raw materials.

The fragrance of aloeswood derives from the resin the tree produces to protect itself from mold or stress. It is a fragrance whose character profoundly affects people’s mood, and it has been favored across epochs, regions and generations.
